Gormet Caviar Assorti
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- red onion
- lemon slices
- wheat toast
- crackers
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams "Beluga" caviar
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams "Sevruga" caviar
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams "Osetrta" caviar
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams Black Label caviar
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams Champagne Label caviar
Transfer the contents of each caviar jar into a separate small serving dish. Separate egg yolks from egg whites, finely chop, and place in a separate
serving (garnish) dish. Finely chop the onion and place on a separate dish. On a big serving platter lay out a mound of crushed ice, place caviar servers
and garnish dishes on the ice. Decorate with lemon slices. Serve toast and crackers on a side.
