Caviar Stuffed Potatoes


  • 10 young potatoes
  • sour cream
  • fresh chervil (or cilantro)
  • 12 oz of Cavair Dreams "Osetrta" caviar


Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C). Wrap each potato in foil and bake 30 min (or until ready). Let cool completely, then cut in halves length wise, and scoop each half leaving 2/3" of potato closest to the skin. Place 1 table spoon of sour cream and 1 tea spoon of caviar in each potato. Garnish with a chervil leaf. Serve cold.
