Tagliatelle Noodles with Caviar
Makes 4 servings
- 10 oz Pappardelle noodles
- 4 x 6 oz peices Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 oz unslated butter
- 5 oz sour creme
- lemon juice
- 4 oz of Cavair Dreams Champagne Label caviar
In a hot skillet sear salmon with lemon juice and black pepper to taste (4-5 min till golden). Boil the noodles according to the package instructions, once ready combine with butter, sour cream,
and 4 table spoons of caviar. Distribute the noodles evenly on four plates, top with salmon. Serve.
