Caviar Omlet
- 3 eggs
- 1 table spoon of water
- 1 tea spoon of fresh parsley (diced)
- 1/2 tea spoon of scallion (diced)
- 1 table spoon of sour cream
- 2 oz of Cavair Dreams "Osetra" caviar
Preheat your choice of cooking oil in a skillet. While the skillet is heating, in a mixing bowl whip the eggs, water, and parsley.
Transfer the mix to the skillet, add salt and pepper to taste. Fry on medium heat. Place sour cream on a side of the plate, top with caviar, and garnish the
omlet with scallion and serve.
