Two Caviars Avocado


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 5 oz (140 ml) of sour cream
  • 1 table spoon of wine vinegar
  • 2 table spoons of sunflower seed oil
  • 5 table spoons of mustard powder
  • 5 table spoons of sugar
  • 1/4 tea spoon gormet salt
  • 1/4 tea spoon black pepper
  • 4 oz of Cavair Dreams "Sevruga" caviar
  • 4 oz of Cavair Dreams Black Label caviar


Cut each avocado in half length wise, remove the pit, and peal. Without completing the cut all the way, cut each avocado half starting at the cross section down making 4 even cuts. Lay out each half on a separate plate in a shape of an antique hand-held fan. Whip up sour cream, wine vinegar, sunflower seed oil, mustard powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Distribute the mixture evenly across all avocado halves. Place a table spoon of caviar into each cut, while alternating caviar types. Serve immediately.
