Eggs "Mimosa"


  • 4 eggs
  • 6 table spoons of Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz of Cavair Dreams "Beluga" caviar
  • Rye bread


Hardboil all eggs. Once ready, peal and cut in half (lengthwise), remove and save the yolkes. Place the egg halfs on the serving dish, fill with caviar. In a mixing bowl blend the yolkes with 6 table spoons of mayonnaise, top the eggs with the mixture. Garnish with garden greens, serve with thinly sliced Rye bread.
