General Shipping Information

Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors, especially when shipping to a non-U.S. destination. Caviar Dreams.com is always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for both our U.S. and non-U.S. customers. For this reason, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

All available shipping options, and your exact shipping and handling charges, (and any applicable taxes), will be shown in your Shopping Cart, after you login to your account (or create an account). For the reason that Caviar Dreams ships worldwide, it is not possible to calculate your shipping, and handling charges before you login.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. An additional shipping charge will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
Shipping upgrades may not apply to some items.

Please note: On U.S. holidays, order processing and/or shipping may be slightly delayed as U.S. carriers do not ship or deliver.

Packaging
Caviar Dremas will ensure the safety of your items, while in transit by using quality-packaging material.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping and handling charges to destinations within the U.S. are determined by the quantity and type of merchandise ordered, and the shipping method(s) you choose.

Sometimes the shipper will delay the delivery of your items due to unforseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for such instances as they are completely beyond our control.

Express couriers may require a signature for delivery. Unfortunately, express couriers do not deliver on weekends, and do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders will be shipped on the same day they are placed, ONLY IF:

Product is in stock.
Placed by 10:00 a.m., EST.
Shipped domestically via a shipping upgrade (Rapid or One-day).

Non-U.S. Shipping
Non-U.S. shipping & handling charges are based on the weight of the packaged order, and the destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to accurately dispaly international shipping rates since they tend to change without notice, however rest assured that our system is calculating the best possible shipping rate at the time of your order.

U.S. Taxes
We charge required local and state taxes for orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses.

Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Euromusic World's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs sticker
Caviar Dreams is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
