Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason other than product unavailability , our cancellation policy is as follows:
All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders cancelled within 24 hours
will not incur any penalties. Cancellation requests are accepted via email or toll free at 1-888-637-3268.
All cancellations made after the 24 hour grace period are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item price
at the time of purchase.
Please note that your order will ship out of our warehouse after the 24 hour cancellation grace period. For other shipping & handling information please refer to
